Associate Director, Marketing

Position Summary Reporting directly to the CEO, the Associate Director, Marketing owns the campaigns, collateral, communications, and digital channels that support our sales efforts and provider relationships. You will develop advertising and promotional materials that attract prospective clinics, run our social media presence, produce provider-facing communications, and help maintain and optimize our website. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for a marketer who thrives on driving results across multiple channels. Job Responsibilities Develop downstream marketing programs that support and enable our sales channels. Create advertising campaigns and promotional collateral targeted at prospective medical clinics. Partner closely with sales to ensure messaging, materials, and campaigns drive pipeline and conversion. Social Media & Digital Manage and grow Salud's social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. Support and help optimize the company website, improving content, structure, and performance. Apply SEO/SEM best practices to increase organic reach and paid-search effectiveness. Communications Lead provider and stakeholder communications through newsletters, memos, and other artifacts. Brand Management (Growth Opportunity) This role offers room to grow into broader brand management responsibilities over time — including ownership of iconography, style guides, and brand standards — for a candidate who demonstrates strong performance and appetite for expanded scope. Qualifications Required 5–7 years of marketing experience across advertising, communications, and/or digital channels. Demonstrated ability to develop campaigns, collateral, and communications that drive measurable results. Strong writing and communication skills, with a sharp eye for brand consistency and messaging. Tenacity and a self-starting, ownership mindset — comfortable driving initiatives from concept to completion. Preferred Healthcare marketing experience, ideally within a hospital system, MSO (management services organization), or large provider clinic. Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM and website optimization. Experience marketing to or communicating with providers and clinical audiences. Why Salud.
