Job Description

• TheMaterial Handleris responsible fortheaccuratemovement, storage, and distribution of materials. This role ensures that production teams have the materials needed tooperateefficiently whilemaintaininginventoryaccuracy, safety, andoperational flow.

Key Accountabilities

• Transport raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility.

• Load and unload trucks, verifying quantitiesand condition of shipments.

• Stage materials for production lines based on work orders and schedules.

• Maintainaccurateinventory through proper scanning,labeling, and documentation.

• Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory processes.

• Store materials in designated locationsfollowing established processes.

• Maintain clean, organizedstorage areas aligned with5sprinciples.

• Operate material handlingequipment safely,following all safety regulations.

Qualifications/Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• Prior experience as a material handler in manufacturing or warehouse

• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment

• Knowledge of safety protocols

• Experience with inventory management systems preferred

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication skills
