The ideal candidate will have strong experience in  material handling within manufacturing and ERP-driven inventory transactions and a proven ability to  deliver the right inventory to the right place at the right time while upholding safety, quality, and process standards .

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate material handling and delivery to production stakeholders.
• Execute all material transactions using Epicor (ERP) per SOPs.
• Read and act on production schedules, job travelers, pick lists, and system-generated assignments.
• Operate powered industrial vehicles safely within the plant.
• Help define, improve, and uphold process and 5S standards in warehouse areas.
• Clean, restock, and organize warehouse and material staging areas.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support safety, quality, and delivery objectives.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Materials Supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma.
• 2+ years of material handling experience in a manufacturing environment or proven knowledge of material handling best practices.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Epicor.
• Ability to read instructions, SOPs, job travelers, and pick lists in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach.
• Organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask and set priorities.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, bending, and reaching.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience operating powered industrial vehicles and following PPE requirements.
• Ability to perform simple mathematics to interpret process sheets and tally sheets.
