Wintonbury Hills Golf Course is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Cook. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to our members and guests.
Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Position Summary: Responsible for executing menu items with precision, consistency, and efficiency while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. This role is critical to ensuring timely service and high-quality food preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards.
- Maintain station organization and proper place throughout service.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with prep work, including chopping, portioning, and ingredient preparation.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team during service.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation and kitchen equipment.
- Assist with receiving, storage, and inventory rotation as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior kitchen or line cook experience required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen equipment or products.
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
