Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations in Fishkill, NY. The Shift Leader will be responsible for coaching team members and ensuring Brand standards are met while providing great guest service. The ideal candidate should have prior leadership experience in a customer-facing environment, be able to adapt to a fast-paced setting, and effectively manage team dynamics.
