Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Avancer Homes Residential/CILA Full‑time and part‑time positions available. All shifts available. Starting pay up to $16.00–$26.00 based on experience. $1,000 sign‑on bonus Avancer Homes LLC is currently looking for Direct Support Professionals to join our team at the Persimmon CILA home located in Genoa, Illinois. This position is ideal for candidates who want to gain experience in behavioral health or have a passion for serving others. Responsibilities Assist individuals with personal care needs – all ADLs. Assist with household tasks, meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning; maintain a safe and healthy home environment. Monitor individuals and engage in redirection. Document individuals’ activities, concerns and progress notes as required. Participate in out‑of‑home activities, including driving company vehicles. Provide an abuse and neglect free environment at all times. Requirements DSP certification or ability to become certified through paid training. At least 18 years of age.
