Senior Salesforce Developer Architect

Salary: $107,900 - 195,050 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a masters degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; additional comparable experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
• We require 8+ years of experience designing, building, and delivering Salesforce solutions in enterprise settings.
• We require 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• We require proven experience leading complex Salesforce initiatives and technical teams.
• We require strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security model, data model, and platform best practices.
• We require deep experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, Salesforce Flow, Lightning App Builder, and Experience Cloud.
• We require solid understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and enterprise architecture.
• We require proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern web application frameworks.
• We require experience with source control tools, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• We require strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• We require the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
• We require one or more Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, or Platform Developer II.
• We prefer experience supporting federal government programs and regulated environments.
• We prefer experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Knowledge Management solutions.
• We prefer experience implementing AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities, including Agentforce, Einstein, or predictive analytics.
• We prefer knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST, and government security compliance requirements.

• We design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business goals.
• We lead technical design sessions and provide architectural direction for Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• We assess business needs and convert them into technical solutions using Salesforce capabilities and industry best practices.
• We advise stakeholders on Salesforce strengths, limitations, and strategic roadmap opportunities.
• We mentor developers, administrators, and project teams on Salesforce development standards and architecture best practices.
• We build solutions hands-on using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• We configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, security settings, and automation.
• We design and deliver custom applications and reusable components within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• We create testing approaches, including unit testing, integration testing, and deployment validation.
• We design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
• We lead data migration, transformation, and synchronization efforts.
• We safeguard data quality, governance, security, and compliance across Salesforce environments.
• We improve platform performance and scalability through effective data architecture and solution design.
• We participate in Agile ceremonies and work closely with cross-functional teams throughout delivery.
• We perform peer code reviews and enforce development standards, CI/CD practices, and DevOps methods.
• We support production deployments, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.

We offer a competitive salary range, with the program budget for this role anticipated around $150,000 to the low/high $160,000s depending on relevant experience and assessment, and our broader pay range for this level is $107,900 to $195,050.
