Project Manager

**Full-Time | $8–$10 USD/Hour | Remote**

The VA Group is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Academy & Course Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of an academy and its online learning programs.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordinating people, managing digital platforms, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a seamless learning experience for students, facilitators, and internal teams.

* Administrative Support: Manage emails, course announcements, updates, and participant communications.
* Course Administration: Maintain course details, registrations, participant lists, facilitator records, and learning materials.
* Learning Management System: Administer Canvas, including student enrollment, access permissions, course content, and session recordings.
* Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate webinars, conferences, online sessions, and other learning events.
* Certificates & Records: Process certificates, digital badges, transcripts, and completion records.
* Database Management: Maintain member platforms, online forms, trackers, databases, and administrative documentation.
* Research & Projects: Assist with research, special projects, workflow improvements, and other operational tasks as needed.
* Strong administrative, organizational, and written communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
* Ability to manage multiple platforms, databases, and competing priorities.
* Proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently.
* Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with Canvas, Zoom, learning management systems (LMS), or event management platforms is a plus.
* Comfortable working in a remote environment and collaborating with different stakeholders.

**Employment Type: Full-Time**

**Hourly Rate: $8–$10 USD**
