- 2+ years of project coordination experience
- Permitting knowledge

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS OUR PROJECT COORDINATOR?
You keep projects moving seamlessly from start to finish. Every day, you manage the full lifecycle, from inspection to close-out, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You generate accurate estimates, update CRM workflows, and confirm production schedules with customers. You coordinate crews, dumpsters, and equipment while tracking permits and scheduling inspections. You're the go-to person for clear communication, providing timely updates, and maintaining organized documentation. Your attention to detail and proactive approach guarantee smooth operations and satisfied customers.
