Specialty/Senior Specialty Representative - Bone Health - Miami/Kendall, FL (Overlay)

Amgen seeks a Specialty or Senior Specialty Representative to promote bone health products across Miami, Kendall, Hialeah, Hollywood, and Homestead, Florida. The role involves delivering clinical knowledge to healthcare providers, managing territory sales, and navigating payer environments to drive appropriate product utilization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical knowledge of Amgen products and communicate benefits to medical professionals
• Achieve territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement with planned programs and educational initiatives
• Develop and manage customer relationships, customize interactions, ensure product access, and resolve reimbursement issues
• Analyze territory performance, provide marketing strategy feedback, and develop territory plans with District Manager
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and sustain brand passion throughout the sales cycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's with 4+ years sales experience, or high school diploma with 6+ years sales experience
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience preferred
• Product sales experience in oncology, cardiology, inflammation, nephrology, dermatology, rheumatology, bone health, or related specialties
• Advanced relationship-building and influencing skills with focus on sales outcomes
• Local market knowledge in Miami/Kendall region
• Adaptability with core competencies in sales planning, business knowledge, communication, and results-driven execution

Compensation: $89,880–$121,602 base annually
