Sales Support Analyst

MSIM strives to provide outstanding long-term investment performance, service and a comprehensive suite of investment management solutions to a diverse client base, which includes governments, institutions, corporations and individuals worldwide.Basic Purpose:Support sales efforts of Internal and External Wholesalers.Primary Responsibilities:Once licensed, work with wholesaling teams to identify financial advisors for proactive outbound phone calls on various firm initiatives.Work indirectly with financial advisors by assisting Internal Wholesalers with product information and other various requests.Attend regular product update meetings with sales teams to become familiar with EV products/services and the financial industry as a wholeRun hypothetical mutual fund reports and TA’s (Transition Analysis) for Internal Wholesalers to use with advisors to sell EV products.Support marketing campaigns through regular literature fulfilment for financial advisors, taking ownership of logistical requirements and strict timelinesUpdate and maintain Salesforce (CRM system) to reflect accurate records with FINRA as well as developing effective data management techniques in a fast-changing industryJob Requirements:Industry experience preferredStrong Microsoft Office skillsMust have strong attention to detail, organized, and ability to juggle multiple tasksStrong communication skillsCooperative team playerFINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses required within three months of start dateWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients – helping them reach their goals.
