Automotive Service Center Manager

Location: Garfield Heights, OH

Compensation: Up to $125,000+ per year (Base Salary + Performance Incentives)

What You'll Do

As the Service Center Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the shop while creating an outstanding experience for both customers and employees.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the service center
• Coach, mentor, and develop technicians and service staff
• Conduct daily production meetings to keep the team aligned
• Hold regular one-on-one coaching sessions with employees
• Ensure exceptional customer communication throughout the repair process
• Build estimates and present repair recommendations with confidence
• Work alongside technicians to solve complex repair challenges
• Monitor workflow, productivity, quality, and profitability
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from vehicle drop-off through delivery
• Foster a positive, accountable, high-performance culture

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Service Advisor or Service Writer experience
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience
• Strong customer service and sales abilities
• Proven ability to lead technicians and build a positive culture
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• College degree is a plus
• Clean driving record
