About the role LHH Recruitment Solutions, a division of the Adecco Group, is a leading HR solutions provider. The role focuses on temporary and permanent recruitment within accounting and finance, partnering with clients from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies to match candidates with business needs. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be the virtual face of our business, prospecting, cold calling, generating new business, cultivating relationships, negotiating, forecasting, managing a territory, selling staffing solutions, and partnering with Fortune 500 clients to create optimal staffing solutions. What you'll be doing You will participate in a remote training program (New Colleague Training) to build skills, access coaching, and connect with peers in a virtual classroom. You will receive support from your Training Manager and teammates as you work autonomously in a hybrid or remote environment. About you Bachelor's degree preferred; five (5) years professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Client sales guru: proficient at cold calling, providing solutions, growing accounts, reviewing metrics, and delivering presentations. Productivity expert: manages time, sets priorities, meets deadlines, handles multiple tasks simultaneously. People champion: builds relationships, interacts positively with all levels of people, remains current on labor & employment laws. Technologically inclined: proficiently uses Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Skilled communicator: delivers well‑received verbal and written messages in one‑on‑one and group settings.
