Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Business Analyst 3 to join our team. This position will offer the opportunity to work 100% remotely. Candidates must reside in the United States.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in the following areas:
  - Strong interpersonal, collaborative, analytical, written/verbal presentation and communication skills.
  - Experience in gathering requirements and creating reports.
  - Facilitating creation and analysis of business requirements and working with business area personnel to design technical solutions.
- 5+ years of experience participating in and providing guidance to business and in developing and completing user acceptance testing, training, and implantation-related activities.
- 2+ years of experience with Snowflake and Power BI
PREFERRED
- 2+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform advanced, senior level business analysis work related to implementing complex, emerging technology hardware and software projects to support the Mainframe Reports and Extract efforts.
- Use multiple methods in gathering, developing, and documenting requirements
- Review, assessment, and development of business processes
- Creation and validation of user acceptance testing
- Research and special project support
- Analysis and documentation in the implementation of multiple interrelated projects related to reports
- Data analysis, root cause analysis of data errors, data flow documentation, report developments, and data posting
- Ensures that deliverables and materials are produced and maintained in accordance with established processes and procedures
