Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter

To support complex hiring initiatives in the defense industry, the contract-to-direct Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting activities, partner with hiring managers, and source highly qualified technical and security-cleared professionals in a 100% remote capacity. Key responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop recruiting strategies Source and engage qualified candidates, maintaining talent pipelines for current and future needs Required qualifications: 8+ years of recruiting experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6+ years with a Master's degree 5+ years of experience in recruiting for government contracting, aerospace, or defense industries 3+ years of experience sourcing candidates with TS, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearances 3+ years managing full-cycle recruiting processes Experience recruiting specialized engineering or technical talent
