As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security‑related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.50 / Hour Job Schedule Thur 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM Fri 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM Sat 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM Sun 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors at a financial institution by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, access‑control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner while following established escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security‑related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and reports of patrols, incidents, and unusual occurrences. Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security‑related concerns, incidents, and/or operational needs. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
