Role Description This is a remote contract role for Business Developers based in New York, United States - but is operational globally. The Business Developer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing strategies to target potential clients, creating proposals and pitches, and collaborating with internal teams to align strategic objectives. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to drive partnership opportunities that align with Reference’s innovative approach to digital and creative production. Compensation & Contract This is a temp-to-perm opportunity beginning with a commission based compensation. Qualifications Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Partnership skills, with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities for growth Proficiency in Market Research and Strategic Planning to develop tailored solutions for clients Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills to enhance client engagement Experience in the creative, digital, or technology sectors is a plus Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure Basic understanding of CGI, AI, 3D technology, and immersive storytelling is advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Commitment to operating collaboratively as part of an agile and dynamic creative team #J-18808-Ljbffr Reference
