Job Title: SaaS Platform Administrator
Location: Pontiac, MI
Duration: 2+ Years
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SaaS Platform Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on expertise to manage the daily administration, configuration, and support of a Salesforce environment. This role is responsible for ensuring platform reliability, security, integration, and performance while delivering advanced user support and driving system enhancements across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, roles, and permissions.
- Configure and customize the platform using workflows, flows, and automation tools.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business operations.
- Manage data integrity, imports, exports, and data quality processes.
- Support and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and other integration methods.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution to end users.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide user training, documentation, and best practice guidance.
- Ensure platform security, compliance, and performance optimization.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS platform administration
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce administration
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, automation, and data management
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and system integrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in government or public sector environments
- Salesforce certifications such as:
- Salesforce Administrator
- Advanced Administrator
- Platform App Builder
- Cloud Consultant
