Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician


A stable, well-established manufacturing operation is seeking a hands-on Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability, production uptime, and facility operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex industrial systems in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, hydraulic, and utility equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
• Support compressors, pumps, condensers, heat exchangers, and refrigeration systems
• Conduct electrical and electronic maintenance independently
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
• Assist with facility upkeep, safety inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain parts inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed

Qualifications

• 6+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience in fast-paced production environments
• Maintenance, refrigeration, electrical, PLC, or reliability certifications strongly preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
