Title: Regional, Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis - Hybrid Hybrid - 3 or 4 days in office / 1 or 2 days REMOTE Location: Morris County, NJ Salary: $175K To $185K plus incentives Overview Hybrid “Business Unit FP&A” opportunity. Seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis professional for a client in Morris County, NJ. The professional hired will cover the largest and most successful business unit of the company. 7+ years of related finance experience. MBA/CPA is a plus. Responsibilities Contribute expertise in monthly forecasts and the annual budget process. Support stakeholders achieve financial objections Perform financial management reporting and forecasting. Analyze, track, and report spend, including cost saving initiatives. Prepare overhead reports for month-end actuals and forecasts. Assist the commercial operations with regular reporting and analysis. Monitor, analyze, and report on consolidated regional performance. Report to Senior Management on actuals and forecasts. Develop analytical approach to analyze financial performance, KPIs, etc Partner with key stakeholders across the Finance organization to develop forecasts and budgets, provide financial analysis during the close process and improve reporting by gaining a strong understanding of business performance. Streamline FP&A processes, implement value-added FP&A analysis, and drive leadership standards. Perform special projects as needed. Qualifications BS in accounting or finance 7+ years of Finance experience. MBA/CPA a plus. FP&A experience at a business unit or region level is preferred. Strong understanding of financial statements (income statement, cash flow, balance sheet). Ability to identify the impact of changes in business operations on financials. Sharp analytical skills and attention to detail. Expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools. Strong Excel, PowerPoint and computer skills.
