Scientific Engagement Lead, Cardiac Radioablation - REMOTE

Overview As Siemens Healthineers works to bring cardiac radioablation (CRA) to the market, your role will partner with key, opinion‑leading electrophysiologists (EPs) to develop the technology, demonstrate its value, and obtain new reimbursement. You will partner with KOL EPs, influence professional societies, drive EP awareness and interest in the RADIATE‑VT clinical trial, manage a Scientific Advisory Board, develop a publication strategy, and generally support the cross‑functional program forward. Responsibilities Identify, build, and maintain best‑in‑class KOL EP partnerships Influence professional societies Build and oversee a CRA Scientific Advisory Board Drive EP awareness and interest in the RADIATE‑VT clinical trial Drive patient enrollment at RADIATE‑VT trial sites Develop a publication strategy Create educational materials for VT patients considering participation in RADIATE‑VT Collaborate with KOL EPs and Product Management to support product development roadmap and strategy Collaborate with KOL EPs and Medical Affairs to support evidence development strategy Collaborate with KOL EPs and Government Affairs to support reimbursement roadmap and strategy Set strategy for and lead the review of investigator‑initiated research proposals Maintain deep understanding of CRA technologies and clinical studies Maintain deep understanding of VT therapy technologies and clinical studies Interpret and effectively communicate relevant medical and scientific research/data to internal and external stakeholders Qualifications 5+ years academic EP experience or 5+ years EP medical device industry experience Established KOL EP relationships Competencies In‑depth knowledge and expertise of EP trials, therapies, and products Leadership by influence Strong ability to develop excellent customer relationships Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills Performance driven Ability to work with cross‑functional teams including Medical Affairs, Government Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Legal Location Remote – work from home in the US, Canada or Europe. Willingness to travel up to 10‑40% of the time. Compensation Base pay range: $134,300 – $184,668. Pay may vary based on geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. The position may include commission eligibility in accordance with the Company’s plan.
