We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join its manufacturing team. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Schedule - Monday - Thursday - 6am - 4pm (4x10 Schedule)

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues
• Respond to machine breakdowns and complete repairs to minimize downtime
• Inspect machinery and identify potential maintenance concerns before they become major issues
• Replace, repair, and adjust machine components, motors, bearings, belts, sensors, and other equipment parts
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, and technical documentation
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
• Support machine installations, equipment moves, and facility improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and lockout/tagout practices
• Collaborate with production personnel to improve equipment reliability and performance
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity and efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and repair skills
• Knowledge of electrical systems, motors, pneumatic systems, and hydraulics
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-focused work ethic

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience maintaining CNC machines, screw machines, or other metal manufacturing equipment
• Understanding of PLCs and basic electrical troubleshooting
• Welding and fabrication experience
• Experience with preventive maintenance software or CMMS systems
• Forklift, scissor lift, or industrial equipment certifications
• Experience with facility maintenance and building systems
