What You'll Do

• Provide patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Reassess patients regularly, adjusting care as needed
• Perform Point of Care testing and document interventions timely
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Support a positive, team-oriented work environment through effective communication and delegation

What You Need

• Current RN license in New Mexico or a Compact state
• BLS, ACLS certifications from AHA
• TNCC, CPI/De-Escalation, NIH certifications (preferred or required based on unit)
• At least 1+ years of RN experience in acute care settings
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
