Rental Sales Management Trainee

You will acquire industry knowledge, skills, and resources to develop strong relationship‑building abilities. The program is designed to be completed in 18‑24 months, but can be finished in as little as 12 months. You will be assigned to operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated, coachable, and looking to launch a career in sales, operations, or management. Schedule M-F 6:00 am‑2:30 pm Responsibilities Handle the sales and process for inbound calls and outbound solicitation. Maintain accurate data within the company’s marketing database. Generate rental, lease, and used‑vehicle sales leads. Manage all rental asset processes, including vehicle preventive maintenance and cleanliness standards. Execute sales and marketing initiatives to meet overall Ryder market share targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies. Reconcile customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain and grow the current customer base. Additional Responsibilities Serve as an On‑Call Representative on a voluntary basis and as needed by scheduling requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Quick learner with a high degree of common sense. Ability to relocate in the region/US at the conclusion of the training program. Intermediate computer literacy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. One (1) year or more of customer service experience with issues resolution preferred. Intermediate computer literacy.
