As a Collision Repair Technician, you will specialize in restoring passenger cars to their pre-accident condition through expert disassembly, panel replacement, dent repair, and paint preparation. Working independently in our shop, you will apply your skills and attention to detail to ensure vehicle safety and quality compliance using a range of industry-standard tools and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Disassemble vehicles to access damaged areas
- Replace damaged panels and perform dent repairs
- Prepare surfaces for painting to ensure smooth finishes
- Inspect repairs for quality and safety compliance
- Follow safety procedures throughout all repair processes
- Document repair work accurately and thoroughly
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in collision repair
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
- Skills in auto body repair, welding, dent removal, and frame machine use
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Physical stamina to perform manual repairs
- Knowledge of safety procedures in a collision repair environment
