Warehouse Lead

Warehouse Lead Location: 2925 Chief Court, Dallas, NC 28034 Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday Competitive Compensation What You'll Do Lead, train, and support a team to meet daily production goals Perform shipping, receiving, stocking, picking, and packing activities Review, verify, and process customer orders accurately Replenish materials and maintain inventory organization Promote a clean, safe, and efficient workspace Operate within an automated warehouse management system (WMS) Adapt to changing priorities and daily workflow needs What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse or material‑handling experience preferred Forklift experience or willingness to be trained and certified Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills A sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines Flexibility to take on various tasks as needed Ability to read, write, and perform basic math What We Offer Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family Competitive salary Bonus programs 401(k) retirement plan Training opportunities Tuition reimbursement Paid vacation, PTO, and holidays Gym reimbursements, and more!
