HVAC Sales Manager

Position Overview We are seeking a high-impact HVAC Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale our residential sales performance. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving close rates, and developing a team of top-performing Comfort Advisors and Selling Technicians. This is a results-driven leadership position focused on building a world-class sales culture, driving consistent, high-quality installs, and coaching technicians to confidently sell premium solutions over price-based decisions.
