Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify training needs and create customized training solutions Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements Provide coaching and mentoring to sales managers and representatives to drive performance Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales training Qualifications You Must Have 8+ years of sales training or related field 2+ years of leadership experience Demonstrated track record of designing and delivering successful sales training programs Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Strong analytical and problem-solving skills We Value Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Master's degree in a relevant discipline Passion for sales training and developing sales talent Ability to think strategically and drive results Strong leadership and team management skills Innovative mindset and willingness to embrace new technologies and methodologies Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence others About Us Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
