DVM 2027/2028 Veterinary Internship Iowa Equine (Huxley, IA)
Salary: $40,000 + $5,000 Tuition Assistance + Emergency Bonuses
Launch your equine veterinary career with confidence through the Iowa Equine Success Veterinary Internship a year-long, immersive program designed specifically for new DVM graduates ready to build real-world skills and step into equine practice with certainty.
Why This Internship?From day one, you'll work one-on-one with a dedicated mentor , gradually progressing toward independent case management as your confidence and skill set grow. This program is built to help you master the practical, everyday competencies essential for general equine practice.
What You'll Experience Hands-on training with a wide variety of horses, cases, and disciplines
