Mancan Staffing is partnering with a reputable facility in Middlefield, OH to hire a dependable Part-Time Office Clerk! This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping an office run smoothly. Pay$18.00 per hour Schedule
* Tuesday through Friday
* Approximately 30 hours per week
* Exact daily hours will be discussed during the interview Job Responsibilities
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
* Greet visitors and assist with general office inquiries
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
* File, scan, copy, and organize documents
* Assist with scheduling and general administrative tasks
* Process paperwork and maintain office files
* Support office staff with various clerical duties as needed
* Maintain confidentiality of company information Qualifications * Previous office or clerical experience preferred
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
* Ability to multitask and work independently
