Finance Associate Attorney (Mid-Level)

Our team represents a variety of banks and other financial institutions in single‑lender and syndicated financing transactions lending to foreign and domestic private equity and venture capital funds, management companies, general partners and portfolio companies. Who You Are You have 3-5 years of experience representing banks, private credit funds, and other financial institutions in commercial lending transactions. You have experience representing lenders in single‑lender and syndicated credit facilities. You have experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security agreements, guaranties, collateral documents, pledge agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related financing documentation. Experience with venture debt, acquisition finance, asset‑based lending, second lien or mezzanine financing. You have a proven track‑record of working in a fast‑paced environment and handling multiple transactions simultaneously. You have an ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form. You have a strong attention to detail and process‑oriented mindset. You are an independent thinker that demonstrates commitment to client service. You desire to work in a team environment and take on increasing levels of responsibility. You are a member of the Massachusetts bar.
