Boston - Labor & Employment Associate (Mid-Level)

Job Overview The Boston office of Reed Smith is seeking a Mid-Level associate to join the Labor & Employment group. Responsibilities Handle employment-related litigation and provide advice and counseling. Draft and review employment, separation, and restrictive covenant agreements. Perform wage/hour work including classifications and general compliance. Advise on leave of absence policies and conduct policy reviews. Support corporate transactions (preferred but not required). Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in employment law. Active member of the Massachusetts bar. Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
