Our local Allstate agency is looking for a motivated, licensed Insurance Sales Professional to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, youll help individuals and families identify the risks that matter most to them and develop insurance solutions designed around their needs. From protecting homes and vehicles to helping safeguard income, assets, and financial futures, youll have the opportunity to become a trusted resource for customers throughout our community.

Youll also have access to leads, referrals, Allstate products, and the resources of a national organization with approximately 70,000 employeeswhile working directly with a local agency team.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospective clients from agency leads, referrals, and other sources.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage.
• Develop new business and consistently work toward established sales goals.
• Conduct policy reviews to identify changing client needs and additional coverage opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Educate clients about their coverage options and help them make informed decisions.
• Deliver a professional, responsive, and positive client experience.
• Maintain accurate client information and stay organized throughout the sales process.
• Proactively pursue opportunities to grow your book of business.
• Work independently while contributing to the overall success of the agency team.

Requirements

You should be:

Currently licensed to sell insurance in Florida.

Comfortable initiating conversations and asking for the sale.

Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, with strong English communication skills required.

Experience & Licensing

Required:

Active Florida 220 General Lines or 2044 Personal Lines.

Preferred:

Previous insurance sales or agency experience.

Demonstrated success in a sales position.

Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills (English primary).
