Deployment Strategist

About the Role

You'll be the bridge between our customers and engineering team, owning deployments from pilot through full organizational rollout. This role sits at the heart of customer success, translating procurement and sourcing workflows into product insights that drive platform adoption and scale. You'll work directly with procurement leaders and C-suite stakeholders to ensure Delvo solves real problems across their operations.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end customer deployments alongside the engineering team, from initial pilot to enterprise-wide rollout.
• Deep-dive into each customer's category management and sourcing processes to identify the workflows that work best for their organization.
• Run workshops and discovery sessions that translate client needs and expectations into clear requirements for the product team.
• Determine what deployment patterns scale across accounts and what requires customization.
• Translate customer behavior and feedback into actionable product insights, sitting at the boundary between customer needs and platform capabilities.
• Partner with procurement leaders, category managers, and C-level stakeholders to build and support long-term rollout plans.
• Develop playbooks, training materials, and best practices that accelerate onboarding and adoption across your customer base.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on, customer-facing experience working with both end users and C-level stakeholders.
• Background in procurement, strategic sourcing, or buyer operations.
• Fluency in German and English (many customers are based in DACH).
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and build strong customer relationships.
• Self-starter mentality with comfort translating complex customer problems into scalable solutions.
