Join a well-established law firm as a CRM Strategist and play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing InterAction CRM and email marketing platforms to support business development and communication initiatives. What You’ll Do Manage and optimize the firm’s CRM system (InterAction) and email marketing tools Coordinate with IT and external vendors to ensure systems align with legal industry best practices Lead the design and implementation of an experience database with marketing and practice teams Generate reports and support targeted marketing campaigns Conduct research to enhance contact intelligence and stay current on new technology trends Collaborate across departments to support broad marketing goals Perform other general marketing duties as needed What We’re Looking For Strong client service mindset with the ability to multitask and work independently Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office, InterAction CRM, and email marketing platforms Exceptional written English skills—grammar and spelling on point Experience managing workflows and juggling multiple projects #J-18808-Ljbffr AppleOne Employment Services
