Project Executive

Virtual Vocations Inc

Evaluating project opportunities as the technical-commercial lead, the full-time remote Project Executive will assess revenue quality, margin potential, and operational fit while collaborating with sales teams to ensure only high-quality opportunities advance into detailed solution development. Key responsibilities Evaluate incoming opportunities for alignment with operational capabilities and margin expectations Collaborate with commercial teams to shape project opportunities and provide guidance on solution feasibility Define margin expectations and identify execution risks before detailed solution development begins Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience 8-12+ years of experience in architectural systems, interior construction, prefabrication, or technical sales environments Demonstrated experience evaluating complex project opportunities and execution risk Strong understanding of construction project delivery models and scope development Familiarity with estimating, costing, and margin management principles
