What You'll Be Doing Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment to maximize plant reliability and performance. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on conveyors, crushers, motors, pumps, and related equipment. Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely, effective maintenance solutions. Support plant operations by completing maintenance work safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What Are We Looking For Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills in an industrial environment. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment drawings. Working knowledge of welding, fabrication, and mechanical maintenance practices. Capability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work independently or as part of a team. Commitment to workplace safety and proactive equipment maintenance. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
