Job Title Peoplesoft Developers Job Type Full-time Education Some College Coursework Completed Experienced (Non-Manager) Category Information Technology Job Description Candidate must have technical and functional expertise in implementing, integrating, and developing HCM 9.2 applications. Must be experts in PeopleSoft HCM Delivered Interfaces. Knowledge of NFC’s EmpowHR application is a plus as well as federal human resources expertise. F unction as advisors todevelopers and will develop HCM 9.2 pages, components, queries, interfaces as required per the PWS task list. This includes technical expertise with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database Management System, Structure Query Language (SQL), Structured Query Reporter (SQR), and PeopleSoft Integration Tools. Query conversion/development requires expertise with PeopleSoft Query including Query Viewer, Query Manager, and Schedule Query. Knowledge of 9.2 Fluid programming, ePerformance development, and PeopleSoft Upgrade Manager (PUM) are absolute musts. Contractors must have knowledge and experience with PUM process development and management. Functional knowledge of federal human resource processing requirements is preferred. Specifically, knowledge of Nature of Action (NOA) reason codes, Personnel Action Requests (PAR) processing, federal performance management, federal position management, and HCM 9.2 self-service functionality.
