This role will focus on maintaining data accuracy and supporting process improvements as the company migrates to a new ERP/MRP system. Key Responsibilities Enter and reconcile billing and inventory data into the ERP/MRP system. Transfer information from manual records into updated software platforms. Review and verify pricing, billing details, and inventory accuracy. Identify and correct data discrepancies during system migration. Collaborate with team members to streamline billing and reporting processes. Core Competencies 2+ years of experience in billing, accounting, or data entry. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems preferred. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Location : Middlebury, IN (On-site) Compensation : $41,600–$52,000 (based on experience)
