In this role, you'll be essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and enriching space for our canine companions. Your focus on teamwork and communication will ensure each dog receives the highest standard of care and attention. We offer full-time and part-time schedules with consistent hours, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. $14.50 - $15.50+ hourly DOE

• Ensure the well-being of all dogs by providing daily care, including feeding, grooming, and exercise.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by regularly sanitizing kennels and common areas.
• Monitor the health and behavior of dogs, promptly reporting any concerns to the management team.
• Assist with the intake and discharge of dogs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming process for both pets and their owners.
• Collaborate with team members to create and implement enrichment activities that promote the physical and mental health of our canine guests.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Support the training and development of new team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.

• Experience in working with animals, particularly dogs, in a professional setting.
• Ability to manage and supervise groups of dogs of various sizes and temperaments.
• Proven track record of maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with team members and pet owners.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and getting up and down off the floor.
• Willingness to work 10-hour shifts with breaks, ensuring consistent care for our canine guests.
• Experience in administering food and medication to animals is a plus, but not required.
