Our stability, global scale, and respectful culture provide the foundation for a long-term career with a team you can rely on.The Director, Treasury will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of directing cash, ensuring adequate liquidity, managing banking relationships and coordinating global payment processes, and initiating process improvement activity.What you’ll do:Oversee cash management, including disbursements, cash forecasting and managing banking relationshipsLead team of Treasury professionals, Accounts Payable, Cash Applications and Credit Card Administration, Employee Expense Reporting, and Merchant processor relationshipsProject liquidity, monitor daily cash positions, cash transfers, debt draws and repaymentsDirect global payment processes utilizing multiple internal & web-based platforms, and ensuring adequate intercompany liquidityAnalyze working capital results through cross-functional collaboration with Operations partnersStandardize & streamline all relevant components of payments including bank account reconciliations & bank fee analysisResearch best practices, new applications, and program manage implementation activity.Champion enterprise continuous improvement projects where Treasury can contribute and benefitMaintain compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures, and recommend changes to policies as may be appropriateSupport capital structure activities including credit facility financing and administration, interest rate and FX hedging, share repurchases Support Ratings Agency activities Support quarterly results reporting and external audit activitiesPosition Requirements: Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field10+ years of progressive experience in Treasury or Financial Operations with strong technical knowledge of financial systems5+ years of financial leadership at the management levelPreferred Characteristics:MBA or other professional certifications (CPA, CTP, etc) a plusProven track record of integrating systems, people and business practices in large, complex organizationsThorough understanding of control/risk principles as they relate to Treasury operationsFamiliarity with systems such as JPM Access, Oracle ERP, Kyriba or other related toolsDemonstrated leadership experience managing teams and influencing outcomes Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workBe a team player who thrives in an ever-challenging environment Superb attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlinesSelf-starter, ability to work and thrive in a dynamic organizationBenefits that make life better:Comprehensive Healthcare401(k) with 100% company match; up to 5% vestedPaid Time Off starting on day oneBonus opportunitiesHealth- & Dependent Care Flexible Spending AccountsShort- & Long-Term DisabilityLife & AD&D InsuranceLearning & Training opportunitiesRaising the Standard of Excellence since 1911 With over a century of proven excellence, StandardAero has become an industry leader in MRO services and customized solutions in the aerospace field.
