Shifts are event-driven and typically occur outside traditional business hours, when customers are most available and events are happening. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Represent Renewal by Andersen at community events, retail locations, home shows, and festivals Engage homeowners in friendly, confident conversations Educate customers on our products, promotions, and in-home consultation process Set qualified in-home consultation appointments Follow simple scripts and qualification guidelines Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed Accurately capture customer information using tablets or mobile systems You are the first impression of our brand , and your professionalism and energy matter.

SCHEDULE & TIME COMMITMENT (IMPORTANT)

This is a flexible Shifts vary including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and peak community event times Weekly hours will vary based on event schedules Ideal for candidates seeking supplemental income or flexible hours that work around other priorities

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfort initiating conversations with new people Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to stand for extended periods Must have reliable transportation Must have a valid driver’s license Availability to work as events and retail locations require

EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS (NOT REQUIRED)

Events, brand ambassador, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience Sales or appointment‑setting experience Comfort using tablets or mobile apps

• 20 - $20 an hour
• 20/hour base + performance-based incentives
