We are seeking a Customer Service Representative 2 to provide exceptional customer support to the public through phone and in-person interactions. The ideal candidate will assist customers with inquiries regarding services, program eligibility, licenses, permits, registrations, and other related matters while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Provide customer service support via telephone and face-to-face interactions.
- Respond to inquiries regarding programs, services, registrations, permits, and eligibility requirements.
- Research and resolve customer complaints and service-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Process forms, change of address requests, service updates, and account transactions.
- Refer complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments.
- Collect payments, determine service charges, and assist with billing processes.
- Reconcile cash receipts, prepare deposits, and maintain financial transaction records.
- Follow established policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and service quality.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Ability to resolve difficult customer complaints and problems.
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using computer systems and data entry applications.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
- Must be comfortable working at any of the listed Tucson locations.
- Multiple openings available.
- Professional customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
