The Hire Our Heroes program or DOD Skillbridge program is a workforce development initiative, designed to support veterans and transitioning service members in building meaningful careers across our family of companies—HOLT CAT, HOLT Truck Centers, HOLT Renewables, Texas First Rentals, and more. This program offers structured training, mentorship, and career pathways tailored to your skills and aspirations.
