About the Role Grand + Benedicts is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Analyst to maintain inventory accuracy, optimize product placement throughout our warehouse network, and support inventory-related initiatives across the organization. This role works closely with the Inventory Control Manager, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Sales, Shipping, Receiving, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure inventory integrity and operational efficiency. As the Inventory Control Analyst, you will: Conduct regular cycle counts across multiple warehouse locations and reconcile inventory variances. Manage the Inventory Control ticket system and inventory-related inquiries. Perform stock alerts and monitor inventory levels across all warehouse locations. Utilize inventory management software and reporting tools to maintain inventory accuracy. Coordinate with Sales, Shipping, Receiving, and Supply Chain teams to resolve inventory discrepancies. Conduct quality control inspections for potential defects or missing components. Process mis-shipped and returned merchandise (RMA) transactions. Analyze inventory data to identify slow-moving, obsolete, excess, or underperforming inventory. Coordinate warehouse space utilization and inventory placement to maximize efficiency. Maintain inventory and bin location accuracy through system updates and reporting. Assist with defective inventory processes, vendor returns, and replacement part orders. Compile reports on inventory levels, warehouse capacity, and related costs. Support continuous improvement efforts related to inventory control processes and warehouse operations. Qualifications High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree in Business Operations or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. 3+ years of inventory management experience in a warehouse environment required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience working with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Strong Excel reporting and data analysis capabilities. Experience using AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot. Forklift experience required. Physical Requirements Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, carrying, use of hands, and sitting for extended periods. Occasional bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, pushing, and pulling required.
