A well-established, high-end aesthetic and plastic surgery practice seeking a professional, polished, patient-focused Patient Coordinator, to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming experience that is relationship-driven, while ensuring smooth day-today operations. As the first impression of the practice, the Patient Coordinator must deliver a seamless, concierge-level experience, lead follow-up, and appointment coordination.

· Greet and assist patients in a professional, warm and polished manner

· Manage front desk operations: answering phones, booking appointments, contact new patient leads

· Address patient needs promptly and professionally

· Check-in patients, demographics and EMR accuracy

· Nurture website and social media leads

· Monitor and respond to online reviews professionally

· Support skincare sales and medical spa packages

· Educate patients on full skin care regimens

· Proficient in all services provided by the Plastic Surgeon and Medical Aesthetician

· Support administrative tasks including records’ management and light inventory coordination

· Bring patient into exam room and start initial in-take
