This Plant Accountant role blends analytics, operations, and collaboration, ideal for someone who enjoys connecting financial data to real-world plant activity. What You’ll Do (Plant Accountant) Analyze production and material usage trends to ensure accuracy Perform inventory counts and lead reconciliation efforts Monitor plant activity for compliance with accounting standards Troubleshoot discrepancies and implement process improvements Collaborate with purchasing and operations teams Support finance leadership with reporting and special projects What’s Needed (Plant Accountant) BA in Accounting or related discipline 3+ years of experience, preferably in manufacturing Strong analytical and reporting capabilities Experience with Microsoft Office; SAP preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused What’s in it for me?
