Business Analyst/Project Manager

Job Title Project Manager Location Sacramento, California (Hybrid) Pay Range $53.00 to $60.00 per hour What's the Job? Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders through interviews and user requirements gathering. Evaluate and present the best technology options to meet business needs. Develop comprehensive project plans for implementing approved technology solutions. Manage all phases of assigned projects to ensure delivery aligns with approved project plans. Communicate changes and enhancements to business requirements effectively to stakeholders. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or at least 7 years of relevant work experience. Proven experience in business and technical requirements analysis and project plan development. Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and resource management. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate user requirements into functional specifications. Experience with Atlassian products is a plus. What's in it for me?
