Senior Sales Manager

Driving new client acquisition, the full-time Senior Manager Sales FSI will manage the full cycle of enterprise sales for Consulting & Engineering Services, focusing on cloud modernization and application engineering for financial services clients. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify new leads within priority FSI segments, building a healthy pipeline of opportunities Position DXC's capabilities in cloud migration and application modernization while cross-selling complementary solutions Establish executive-level relationships and drive end-to-end sales processes, including deal shaping and commercial negotiation Required Qualifications 15+ years of experience in Financial Services or IT Services, with a focus on cloud and digital transformation Proven success in selling to Fortune 500 banks and insurers Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and cloud engineering patterns Exceptional executive presentation and storytelling skills Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles with significant deal sizes
