About The Role
We are looking to hire a full-time Senior Sales Manager in our Engineering department with over 7 years of experience. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our sales operations, coordinating and supervising various teams and managing sales development. You will also be adept at coaching personnel, managing our sales pipeline, establishing and nurturing business relationships, and devising strategies to sustain our company's market presence.
What You'll Do
- Oversee sales operations and manage our active sales pipeline.
- Coordinate, coach, and supervise sales teams to drive sales growth.
- Implement effective sales strategies and monitor their success.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Report on sales performance and suggest improvements.
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in sales management.
- Strong skills in negotiation and relationship management.
- Proven experience in coaching and managing sales teams.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Profound knowledge of performance evaluation techniques.
